Welcome to AVIRA’s website. Using it is subject to these terms and to the privacy policy.

1. What this site is

The site shows our work and brings together information and inspiration for planning a wedding day: photo locations, getting-ready places, venues, vendors, guides and planning tools. It is not a booking system.

2. Information about places, venues and vendors

It is written from our experience and public sources and is correct when written. Details such as opening hours, prices, entry fees, photo permits, parking and accessibility change over time. Confirm them with the place before your shoot. Where a location is marked as approximate, its map pin shows the general area, not the exact address.

3. Recommendations

Our recommendations reflect our professional opinion from working together. Choosing and contracting a vendor is between you and them. If we receive any benefit in connection with a specific recommendation, we say so on that page.

4. Automated tools

The day planner, style quiz and “Ask AVIRA” give general estimates and suggestions. Sunset times are calculated astronomically and travel times are estimates. “Ask AVIRA” answers are generated by AI and can be wrong. None of these tools is a commitment on price, availability or terms.

5. Enquiries

Sending an enquiry through the site, even with a date, is not a booking and does not hold the date. A booking is made only by written agreement, on the terms of that agreement.

6. Your personal board

Anyone with its link can view your board, so share it only with people you choose, and don’t put sensitive information in it. Boards are deleted as described in the privacy policy.

7. Photographs, films and content

The photographs, films and text on this site are protected by copyright, and the photographs show real people with a right to privacy. You may view them and share links to the site’s pages. Without our written permission you may not copy, bulk-download, edit, republish or use them commercially, or use them to train AI systems or for facial recognition.

8. Prohibited use

Don’t interfere with the site or its security, scrape it automatically, submit false details or someone else’s details without permission, or send spam through it.

9. Links to other sites

The site links to other services — vendor sites, Instagram, WhatsApp, Waze. Their content and use are governed by their own terms.

10. Liability

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but faults and mistakes can happen. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on general information on the site that was not confirmed with the place or vendor. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, the new version is published here and applies from that day. It does not apply to earlier use of the site.

12. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction. This does not remove any consumer protection you have where you live.
